Dear Mr. Rana
One thing I wish to share with you, that My wrong decision to Choose Samsung AC. That was my ever bigger mistake.
Firstly it was not well Installed by your engineers. And first year 2018 and 2019 was only to chase samsung for repair undrr warranty.
And How well you gyus Repaired that immediate after warranty period over it gets again damaged.
The Worst product ever.
Now I have to bear out of warranty charges for the Samsung worst product. Its Cooling Coil damaged just in 3 years. This is the quality of Samsung.
If Samsung wish to loot customers then Most Welcome Please take back your AC. I don't want any Refund from your side. As the Product quality shows that Samsung in this Industry to loot the Customer.
If Samsung has any Moral Values and Moral Responsibilities towards their Customer Service than you are most welcome to Inform me.
Else your Product and Service shows Samsung has no Moral Value and Responsibilities toeards the Customers and Products.
