I made a word document on my computer and whatsapped ti to my self and my phone shows.

The file is harmful do you trust the sender? And this is first time.

I open it and nothing is wrong.

What should I do to take precautions?

WhatsApp give this warning on safe file also because WhatsApp do not have virus checking system so they aware people by giving such warning

If you doubt yourself that you may have sent yourself a virus, then don't open it ... Else you can open it at your own risk
