Why doesn't the Gallery app save movies in UHD?

I had taken few videos in UHD. After making a movie using them in the Gallery app, the moview quality is reduced to FHD. Why doesn't the Gallery app save it in its original resolution?

I don't think default Gallery App movie creator can save higher than FHD.
You can try with KineMaster Video Editor & Maker, not sure about Filmora btw.
