How about we write a letter to Samsung complaining and asking why Africa has been the last continent to receive the updates and why no country in Africa has no access to various features (e.g. Good Luck) and others?
Thats true, something really need to be done. As everyone paid almost same amount for buying this phone. Hardware wise phone is same in all countries except for mobile signal bands. Delaying OS update is not making sense at all.
How can we do it? We need to write the letter, sign it and send it to the official Samsung email address and deliver the printed version to the official Samsung store in Africa.
