I narasimhan from Chennai bought a Samsung smartphone m20 online with much expectation of 64 GB storage,big screen,batter life etc. but from the first day of its receipts,it is not at all functioning satisfactory.it is very much disappointment for me even after taken to customer care centre here in Chennai.Outgoing calls are not at all going.at once.Only after 2 or 3 attempts I am able to get connected. Some times even the correct no is put it says it is wrong no.again the same no is put it is getting connected. my no î8939022375.i am very much disappointed and didn't expect this kind of poor service from a reputed company like Samsung.If possible,kindly arrange to get full service of my mobile or arrange to replace a new Samsung mobile. I purchased this Samsung m20 in the mid of June this year.Expecting a favourable reply or call.Narasiman.
