Hi I am using a Samsung j4+ and when I just got the phone I had the split screen option after an update was done it just disappeared and I can no longer use two windows at once why is that ?
You can still use the multiscreen option. Open the app you want to use then press and hold the left most button on navigation bar (lll) that we use see the opened apps, then press and hold the app icon, you will get the option open in split screen...
