Samsung's 2nm Exynos processor is a new generation of chips that has higher transistor density, faster speed, and lower power consumption than previous 3nm chips. Samsung plans to begin mass production of the 2nm process in 2025 for mobile applications, and expand to high-performance computing in 2026. Samsung may also extend to the automotive sector and the expected 1.4nm process by 2027.
