I am facing Heating issue with my s21 ultra camera cant even run my camera for more then 3 mints. It gets so hot that I have to keep it down..Have been writing to the CEO Samsung since past 3 days but No response..This is Premium...

If you are running the camera in 8K Resolution with Multiple Background Processes and Applications in working state then the issue is with your usage shutdown and restart , run you camera in 8K with no background application's running this might help in heat reduction as I had witnessed heating issues but not to an extent that camera auto closes in 3Mins.

It wasn't the usage issue, even if you keep the camera open for 5 mins without doing any activity, with just active macro focus on the phone starts to heat up like anything.. Even during video calls with in 10 mins phone heats so much that you can't hold it in hands.. I have actually recorded a video and noted the temperature.. The temperature goes as high as 45deg..

I faced the same, replaced twice and still couldn't fix it, so finally returned back.. Samsung should think and do full testing before they roll the phones to public.. No need to hurry and make people suffer.. That kind of ruins the बरं image and **bleep** of consumers...
