I bought Samsung crystal UHD TV on 30 Dec 2023 through flipkart and trying to extend the warranty from past 20 days through samsung website but the website shows as not valid model.

This is so disgusting that brand like samsung is playing such cheap tricks after the customer purchases the profuct and then deny the warranty extension.

Even there no option to talk to customer care person. The IVR simply sends useless warranty link and call gets disconnected.

Bro me too fed up with this brand first time Samsung brand ka phone liya wo bhi problem de Raha hai 4 months se service centre ke chakkar kaat Raha hoo

Which phone you are facing problem ?

I don't have any issues with my Samsung smartphone.
But yes service centres are pathetic in some places.
