OthersBesides the Smart Stay feature that debuted with Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4 also featured a Smart Scroll feature which scrolled web pages automatically based on what part of the webpage the user was reading, it could also scroll emails in the Samsung Email App.

Smart Scroll worked in two ways once enabled :
● Tilting head : When reading emails or browsing websites, if you tilt your head down while staring at the screen, the device will automatically scroll down. If you tilt your head up, it will scroll up.
● Tilting device : If you tilt the device forward, it will scroll down. Tilting backward make it scroll up.
Unfortunately this was removed in the next few major updates the S4 got.
The S4 also featured a Smart Pause feature which paused the on-screen video when the user looked away from the screen but a limitation was that it only worked with the Samsung Video Player.

Moreover, the company had enabled gesture recognition technologies in which a hand can be hovered over the screen to preview news, email, files in a folder and information in calendars. Gestures could also be used to scroll in browser windows, switch between browser tabs, or even accept phone calls.
