Hanuman ( Sanskrit : हनुमण , also Anjaneya and Maruti ) is central to one of the most popular concepts of bhakti ( devotion to God in Hinduism ) and one of the most important characters in the Indian epic Ramayana . He is considered to be the strongest and wisest of all the incarnations of Lord Shiva .
