As we know right now Samsung phones are available in three different processor variants - Exynos, Snapdragon and Mediatek. And, one major disadvantage of Exynos phones is that, in none them, does Samsung allow support for FULL or HARDWARE level Camera2 API support.
If you buy a non-Exynos phone within the same price range, you get no restrictions whatsoever. For example, the recently released A10s which should have been considered inferior to A50s, has Mediatek processor and hence supports FULL Camera2 API.

It doesn't mean that Exynos is inferior compared to Mediatek and Snapdragon in terms of image processing. It does support shooting RAW images and also supports full manual controls. BUT Samsung has disabled it at the API level. By API level I mean that it's not disclosed to other developers. For example, M31 has the same processor as A50s (Exynos 9611) but supports full manual controls (without RAW), in thr stock Samsung Camera app.
So my question with Samsung, is that
