The voice search on the remote of my TV has stopped working. I cannot make voice searches on YouTube or even Google Assistant. Everytime I try to make a voice search on youtube, I get the error message "Didn't Hear That. Try again".
I took it up with Samsung Support and they're insisting that I book a technician visit which would be charged @ Rs 1000 + 18% GST. I feel that the inspection charge of Rs 1000 is too high and so looking for a DIY solution to the problem.
Severely regretting my decision of going with Samsung TV.
