Why samsung is not changing their super boring Quick Panel design? Even when Android has already launched very cool designs for it. Also why samsung is not changing their ugly widgets??

I wish Samsung had done something like Color OS 13. I like their new quick settings panel (and also their Spotify implementation on AOD)
