Hello dear Samsung users

In case you do face any issue or think that it is a bug than send it to samsung using feedback option available at Samsung member app . Dont forget to send device error data along with the feedback ( options available while sending feedback )

Option for feedback may visible from Get help section 

Posting any Community post wont get it to developers team

Not at all, people ask from many days about a certain feature, like smart view, blue light filter for J7 prime. But Samsung never listen to us

Developers have no connection with this Samsung members app. They are expert team who response our feedbacks, they are not developers.... Worst service 😒

haha .. not all features are entertained in some regions

like Blue light filter is available in PH region for J7 Prime but not for INS , BNG , SLK etc .

its defined . that devices packed such way so it is that way .

that does not mean as worst service.

and what ever reports for bug and issues submited through the app or error reporting directly goes to developers for review.
if you go to samsungs developers program ( like KNOX SDK DEVELOPMENT, ENTERPRISE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OR ANOTHER EXAMPLE IS IN IMAGE WITH THIS POST ) and do contribute there than you will see that whatever reports comes via Samsung member app or samsung+ app are reviewed by developers

There's no reply yet to the error report sent in June through Samsung members. Also neither the issues I've brought to the notice through CEO's desk & leaving the phone for validation purposes for 10 days has been rectified nor have replaced the hand set. Samsung just simply dragged on the issue so long with endless interactions to simply repeat same words & cool and trade their customers like this forums & community
