I recently upgraded from a Q800T to a Q950A soundbar and I am witnessing the most strange issue.
I have gone through the same process of linking the new device via Smart Things app to the Alexa app ( with both the smarts things and Samsung wireless speaker skills active) however the Alexa app is not reading the new soundbar as an Alexa speaker to be added as the speaker of choice for any given group . It's reading the older Q800T as an Alexa speaker option for a group .
Would be nice if you could offer some suggestions on this . It becomes most cumbersome to say
Alexa play so and so song on my Samsung Soundbar Q950A.
Opposed to Alexa play so and so song
Which is the case when a speaker is read and added as the speaker of choice in a group
