OthersThere are 2 ways to delete that (Partially)
Delete Cache Partition from Recovery mode screen.
Remove application cache and data individually from app in the Settings menu.
Check here:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-other-storage-on-your-galaxy-phone/#:~:tex....
But why ?
More than 80% is free, and it should be absolutely fine like this.

OthersTo address the issue of deleting "other files storage" on Samsung mobile phones, here are some steps you can try, based on the available information:
Clear App Cache and Data:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Select each app and go to Storage.
Here, you can tap Clear cache to remove temporary files. For apps where you might not need data, like some games or apps you don't use often, you can tap Clear data to free up more space. Remember, clearing data will reset the app to its initial state, so do this only for apps where you can afford to lose the data.
Use Built-in Storage Management Tools:
Navigate to Settings > Battery and device care > Storage.
Tap Clean now to clear cached data and unnecessary downloads. This can help reduce the size of "other" storage.
Check for Large Files:
In Settings > Battery and device care > Storage, look for Large files or similar options. You can manually delete large files that you no longer need.
Uninstall Unused Apps:
Go through your apps in Settings > Apps, and uninstall those you no longer use. This can reduce the "other" storage since it often includes app data and temporary files.
Use My Files App:
Open the My Files app, which is pre-installed on Samsung devices.
Look under Categories for files that might be counted in "other" storage, such as downloads or documents. You can delete unnecessary files from here.
Third-Party Apps:
Although you mentioned that suggested apps from YouTube didn't work for you, you might want to consider reputable apps like "Storage Analyzer & Disk Usage" from the Google Play Store. This app can help identify what exactly is consuming space in the "other" category. However, download only from trusted sources to avoid security risks.
Factory Reset (Last Resort):
If nothing else works and "other" storage remains an issue, backing up your data and performing a factory reset can clear everything, including the problematic storage. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset. Remember, this will erase all your data, so backup first.
Check Offline Content from Streaming Apps:
If you use apps like Spotify, YouTube, or Netflix for offline content, delete any unused downloads from within these apps, as they contribute to "other" storage.
Remember, "other" storage often contains system files, cached data, and temporary files which are not directly accessible or easily removable without affecting device functionality. Regular maintenance like clearing app cache and data can prevent this storage from becoming unmanageably large. If you continue to have issues, consider consulting Samsung support directly or visiting a service center.
