Myself now I don't buy any Samsung for south Africa, I buy Samsung from Singapore, UK or Korea even Japan and USA is better

I just changed my CSC to Egypt, and got the update, it took some tries I had to change it a few times for the update to register but once done I just changed it back to the default, so far no problems
