Split Screen Is not working

My samsung galaxy f62 device spilt screen option is not visible and not working....!

How can I solve it...?

It appears when I restart the phone but disappears immediately saying the phone is hot.

There is better way to use the split screen.. Open the recently used app, near from ur home button, click on the logo of the app.. You will see the options... There you have option for split screen. I will post one screen shot
