Hi Jyoti,
The temporary solution for your problem is by answering the calls via home key also.
For that you can enable Home key answers calls option in call settings.

Hey Balakrishnan,
For rejecting calls you can use end calls by pressing the power key feature.
From Phone settings you can enable this option.
