Dear Kiara, Galaxy Grand 2 is one of the best devices in that range when it was launched. It is having 1.5GB RAM and 8GB Internal Storage. But it lacks USB OTG support. If you are looking for a Samsung device with OTG support in the same price range then Galaxy On5, Galaxy On7, Galaxy J7 are all there with the 4G support. 😎 regards, Ram
