My note 20 ultra got the update of ONE UI 5.1. And my s21 ultra is still running on ONE UI 5.

I've checked it many times and still it couldn't not download the ONE UI 5.1 update even though the s21 is newer then the note 20

Don't understand why this happens.

That is samsung gulf, the software intiative excutive in gulf region is leave for somemonths😃,

I spoke to them yesterday, and he said they were sent to the Gulf states two months ago. But they are liars and don't know anything

Just a usual thing by samsung to make you feel miserable of your choice of choosing them 😂
Myself a S21 ultra user, i know what all are your thoughts would be.🤭🤦🏽

Sad part is that the lower versions are receiving the update.

Even the good old versions of them are updated 😂
