I am new to Samsung. Can someone tell me why there is one UI4.0 and oneUI4.1. What is the difference between them. Will I get One UI4.1 after getting one UI4.0. And if yes, when?

4.1 came out the S22. It's similar to UI4.0 but has a few changes, nothing major. Apparently there rumours that Europe might start getting it on the 21 series by the end of Feb.
