Need to update few things in smartview

1. Update aspect ratio to full screen on phone and on tv simultaneously 

It give vad impression and under usage if we can use full screen at one device at a time

2. Add red dot for new notification on TV

3. Add media playback controls specially for video playback in background like on samsung internet on in gallery or any other app

4. If possible make smartview work with android tv
