For me it was Panasonic P65 Flash

This is my first android device note20 ultra
And I am regretting going with Samsung
Worst customer care and worst battery

Of course transitioning from iOS to Android won't be easy for you. But I thought Samsung had better battery than iPhone.

IPhone's have a decent battery life . Battery optimization is good in them . Yeah once your battery starts getting old you need to replace it
I don't know why people say that battery backup for iPhone is pathetic
I have been using iPhones from 3G to X and have got great battery life

Well , the display , the customization and moreover I wanted to try Android experience.
And I must say that higher end phones are good no matter what processor they use exynos or snapdragon.
The only thing which I miss is battery life
The depletion of battery in Android is more than ios .
And the customer support is worst even for higher end phones . I have a note20 ultra and customer care is yuck
