Sending F-A-K-E Samsung Website Links in WhatsApp Chat Support!

As samsung forum is bleeping F-A-K-E 
So understand that bleep is the word F-A-K-E

As the above screenshots are showing I was with the official samsung chat from whatsapp, and in the end, not able to solve the query the chat agent directly sent a **bleep** Samsung Link, as I am vigilant about the link, it's was a phishing link, which Samsung agents are using to redirect customers to **bleep** website, which in-return may be volatile for unsuspecting customers and loosing precious sensitive date,

When I called the Samsung customer care they didn't understand what to do, when customer is helpless what can a customer do?

Please take proper action and provide me with an answer how did Samsung agent miss out take security as an concern!

As a Cybersecurity Associate I am very sad Company can't keep **bleep** links away from chat agents and sending them to people who are believing that this might be the link meant for the customer!

A proper action is needed!
