Dear Samsung support team,

I have been facing touch issues after the software upgrade: One UI 3 Upgrade

My touch doesnot seem to work while the applications are running in the background. The touch works at time and it doesnot respond again. I just lock the screen and try again several minutes later and if ii works thats fine or else wait again.

Try factory reset

Wipe cache partition and reboot the phone this will not delete any data from your phone but solve the issue
