Screen burn is not caused due to dropping the phone. It happens in amoled displays when you use the same thing on the screen for a long time. Eg: running Google maps for 2 hr plus(display on) at high brightness.
Try using an app named "dead pixel fix" from playstore. It may reduce or solve the issue.
