Samsung20Ultra- Blurred images from rear camera at night with and without flash

Noticed poor quality of night photos taken from Samsung Galaxy20 ultra, photos taken from the rear primary camera were blurred and foggy, especially at low light conditions with or without flash. 

Can anyone confirm if they are facing similar issues with low-light photos? I welcome your recommendations to fix this issue.

Even me I have some problem with my galaxy note 20 ultra camera.
It's a shame of Samsung.
