I am now finding that there is no option coming of unlocking the samsung device via samsung smart things find.
It was one of the reason why i purchase samsung smartphones, as my father and mother keeps forgetting their pin/pattern and i easily reset it via samsung account via smartthings find. Also no such notice came.
If it is true, please help this feedback reach higher ups, so that unlocking device functionality can be added back.
