Dude we got beta 1 and beta 2 in same update . You can see the icons change and smart suggestions features in this update as those were the features on beta 2.

When see you notification you can see beta 1 release not 2 co will release number by number beta any included beta

Whatever the number is , we still has beta 2 features that we can't deny. How they are managing release version is up to the regions they are rolling update into.
