Samsung level app has NO SUPPORT for Level U2 Bluetooth neckband

I am unable to connect to Samsung Level app due to NO SUPPORT to the latest Samsung Level U2 neckband. Please fix the issue.

I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the Samsung Level app on my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Despite being paired with my Samsung Level U2 headphones, the app is unable to detect them and provide the features it promises. I expect a prompt resolution to this problem.
