Samsung intelligent unlock

Hello Samsung,

Please check when we are using intelligent unlock, if iris scan faild dont unlock the phone. When we are sleeping others can unlock the phone because of this issue.

if iris scanner failed, then how you register intelligent scanner? because it's the combination of iris and face

im using note 9. Iris scan is working fine. But when you close your eyes and try to unlock phone using intelligent scan its unlock because of the face recognition combination. try and let me know closing your eyes.

yes I use iris in my s9 ..but thinking to register with intelligent scanner

in my galaxy s9 when I closed my eyes .....(registerd by iris only)....phone is not opening bro....

how it's possible?....it's iris scan...if your eye is closed then phone will not open...whis is normal...and I am not facing this type of issue that opening phone when close eyes by iris register

in intelligent scan two methods are using iris scan and face recognition both. when you r activate intelligent scan in your phone you can unclock your phone without open your eyes. that means when your sleeping anyone can unlock your phone.

no .....I tried intelligent lock also ...if my eyes are closed...phone is not opening....
