This is the samsung ecosystem, which are just as capabile as the apple ecosystem, in case you didn't know. Then again,why would you know about it,as samsung south africa decided a few years ago not to sell samsung laptops,and all of us who loves samsung products waited for the unveiling of the powerful laptops, which we can't get here in south africa. In fact most of the tech shops seems to cater for apple ecosystem only,you can only get samsung phones and appliances in tech shops ,samsung phones in most tech ships like incredible connection are thrown in steel bolted brackets on ugly display shelves at the back of the shops,the beatiful elegant s21 ultra is bolted and not even charged and full of finger marks in incredible connection. Apple gets a special table in the front and no bolted locks,and the products gets cleaned.The salesperson also are only coming to help you if you look at apple products. You never see samsung tablets with the likes of the s6 and s7 in tech stores,only the entry level ones. The ipad pro that's more expensive you see everywhere, and it is sad for such a great product as samsung. Samsung online store is also not good at offering accessories for all the models and some they only can direct you where to buy it,no chance of ordering online
Seriously samsung, we want in on the samsung ecosystem, so please enable us to be part of it. It's a golden opportunity. There is money to be made and getting even a greater market share opportunity. Some business would love to have samsung laptops rather than the ugly Dell and lenovo ones. It will be great as a business to buy your screens,laptops,air-conditioning, appliances from samsung, delivered on your business doorstep and also serviced and installed by this great company who all of us know for many years!
