I am using galaxy a50. I want to keep some photos only on device not the samsung cloud. How do i do that?

Than off sync from storage nd keep your photo into your device 😊

that's a pretty trivial solution. i mean to keep some on cloud, keep some on device. is that possible?

yeah search them in DCIM Folder
then change their extentions from .jpg to anything (but then for accessing tour photos you need to rechange extentions)
sorry for long solution but this is only one

shouldn't samsung do something that allows manual upload of files to the cloud?
