I wanted to update software on my samsung a51 through my device and it's saying that "Your phone's operating system has Been modified in an unauthorized way.try updating using smart switch on your computer or visit a service center.
Now am trying to update using my computer
And my device can't connect to to smart switch
The computer it's connecting to the phone and it is saying that I should download the smart switch app to the connected device.
The smart switch app it's already downloaded in my device but it can't connect
