Samsung a50 network problem

Plz give us update to resolve network problem.this is a big issue.

Try your sim on other phone...or else u try Safe mode option

I hv purchased phone in India on 4th August and there its working fine. Now i am in Singapore and purchased new sim card which is shows pin to unlock region lock. Pls help. I have tried to India customer service but chat window is shows 403 forbidden every time.
