Samsung Washing maching not working

Samsung washing machine with model WA85ASN is not working. (Its top loading fully automatic)

Problem: After inserting plug, pressing POWER button it gets on, select PROGRAMME button is working, BUT pressing START/PAUSE button is not working/taking command. 

Kindly help as Samsung helpline not working.
