I bought my Samsung S10 in February. Never before have I had issues with any of my Samsung phones/tablets. However this phone IS giving issues. When I want to take a video the record button is not functional. Only after I restart the phone is the problem fixed. My media volume is also not working properly....sometimes when I listen to a Voice Note or even when I want to watch a video the sound would not be audible....even though the media volume is 100%. Again...it's only after I restart the phone that the problem is fixed. Bluetooth, same problem. I have done a software upgrade, still not fixed. Not fun to have to restart the phone all the time. Please provide a solution.

Please clear your cache for the camera and Bluetooth

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
5. Select Show system Apps.
6. Select Camera and Bluetooth.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear Cache.

Please also  perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

all try clearing the system cache. if it still does not work try a hard factory reset of the device. if all of the above fails then book the device in at a authorized Samsung service center.
