Samsung Really Cares😍

Samsung is the only company I guess cares soo much abt its users...example being the lavish party it gave to 80 members of this community in Gurgaon Hyatt Regency on 22nd August. Not only that Samsung India also gave us the chance to experience the mega launch of the Note 9. Later on it was continued by a party called Samsung Fan Party where 5 Ambassadors were announced 1 being me for this Samsung Members App and we were gifted the Note 9 as a gesture of appreciation from Samsung, not only us 2 other Fans also got the Note 9 in a lucky draw competition. That's not all....we got the opportunity to meet the brains behind the note 9 and Samsung i.e Mister DJ Koh and Asim Warsi Sir. At the end we were again given some adorable gifts by Samsung. Now which company did you hear gave such a treatment to its consumers...I guess none...So Kudos to Samsung India and Samsung Members App Team😍

i really disappointed with the service which i recived from customer service team and their is no body going to help me also they just want me to send them an email i think i need to go back to apple honestly i put my phone on olx too also i did the prebooking of this phone n brought this phone on finance after the recomandation by samsung representive when i donot even need for this phone but i still go for this phone after there recomandation i made mistake

bro i pre ordered this phone and as per the trems i should get the gear when ever i try to avail that offer it says i will be getting that code over the text massage or via registered email but i havent recivied any yet also when ever i try to contact 24*7 helpline number most of the time that number not exist and when ever i get thru with the reperenstive they always suggest me to wait for 24 hours and all
