Extremely disappointed with @SamsungIndia! My Samsung G7 monitor (₹67K) is just 1.5 years old, and the screen layer is peeling off inside (possibly the polarizer or diffuser layer). No external damage, yet they denied warranty claiming impact!
If there’s no visible physical damage, how does the internal panel get affected due to physical impact outside. Its look like burning inside at the corner of the screen. In that corner how we hit and make impact? Is the quality like that? But still there is not even first visible scratches outside. But the technician simply said its due to impact.
can you check and say! This is due to impact from User. There is no physical damage visible outside. I am really fed up second time with Samsung.
First for Samsung S22 Ultra - Same Warranty Issue from Samsung Service Centre.
Now Today again for my Monitor!
