That's frustrating! The "Server not trusted" error in the Samsung Email app can be caused by several factors. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

*Troubleshooting Steps*

1. *Check Gmail Settings*: Ensure that IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is enabled in your Gmail account settings. Go to the Gmail website, click on the gear icon, select "See all settings," and navigate to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
2. *Verify SSL/TLS Settings*: Ensure that the Samsung Email app is configured to use SSL/TLS encryption. Go to the Email app settings, select your Gmail account, and look for the "SSL/TLS" or "Security" option. Ensure it's set to "SSL/TLS" or "STARTTLS."
3. *Update the Samsung Email App*: Ensure you're running the latest version of the Samsung Email app. Go to the Google Play Store, search for "Samsung Email," and check for updates.
4. *Clear App Cache and Data*: Clear the cache and data of the Samsung Email app. Go to _Settings_ > _Apps_ > _Samsung Email_ > _Storage_ > _Clear cache_ and _Clear data_.
5. *Re-add the Gmail Account*: Remove the Gmail account from the Samsung Email app and re-add it. Ensure you're using the correct username and password.

*Additional Tips*

1. *Check Gmail's Server Status*: Ensure Gmail's servers are not experiencing any issues. You can check the Gmail server status on the Google Workspace Status Dashboard.
2. *Use the Gmail App*: Consider using the official Gmail app instead of the Samsung Email app. The Gmail app is designed specifically for Gmail accounts and might provide a more seamless experience.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please provide more details about your device, Samsung Email app version, and any error messages you encounter. I'll do my best to assist you further.
