						If that's the case sign in your Samsung account in the device settings. After signing if there is a back up available it will pop after signing in. 						Samsung cloud doesn't exist anymore on Samsung, one Drive is the new cloud storage however it depends on when you last synced your data. Samsung cloud stopped operating sometime last year. 						Wow, I didn't know of that. Is there any other way I can get my data back? I
need to get my messages & call history. It's a matter of life and death.
My phone was stolen in December 2021. Since then I didn't use a Samsung phone. I only managed to get one now in October, I only signed in with a Samsung account via PC when I was trying to buy a new phone. I checked my backup was still there.
