It's just a petition. I don't think Samsung will follow this. Except India , no other country is tight on smartphone budget. Just focus on American and European market prices. And the worst thing in Indian smartphone market is high tax. So if they give Snapdragon processor in their device, it will be more costly. And as you know Samsung has a huge brand value. They don't concentrate on their smartphones much. They earn huge money through selling their amoled displays , camera censors, and many more.

samsung changing their cpu and GPU. maybe nxt s series will com with AMD GPU and ARM cpu. hope it will also com mid range phs
