Dear All,

i recieved S23 Ultra as a preOrder which had a complimentary 2 year samsung Care+.

however when i registered, its showing me only 1 year. how would that change?

kindly help.

I am facing the Similar issue , i havent registered yet though as it was mentioned that 2 years Samsung care will start in10-15 days after receiving device

You will get 2 years post 10 days of registration.

Guys just spoke with the representative , dont register or else you will wnd having only 1 year Samsung care + . For getting 2 years you have to wait it will be automatically updated starting march 1st

what if we already did? no one informed us regarding it being automatically registering?

I think if already registered it will be just for 1 year , i remember they mentioned somewhere on the checkout page of pre-order that Samsung care+ will be added automatically in 10-15 days

Same happened to me... Today i went to samsung service center and they told me exactly same like this

Yeah man , i was about to register it myself but it was luckily showing 1 year written clearly so i dint . Dont know about if that can be done or not . Better ask Samsung representative they might help

Am having the same issue . Just a 12 month cover and no one informed me not yo register as it prompted me to do so . SAMSUNG SHOULD FIX THIS!
