My front camera was disabled by technician when replacing my phone screen n now I can't use my front camera 

What can I do

Take the phone back to the technician, and tell the technician that "you disabled the front camera when replacing the screen. Can you enable it?"

What error do you get when you open camera app then change to front camera?
