Hi 

Can anybody help as my AC which is 1.5 ton 5 star AR18MV5HEWKNNA is not able to connect with Smart things, what is the issue can Samsung explain it

Even very expensive Soundbar Q990B also disconnecting frequently due to wifi disconnection issue.

I returned Q990B and samsung accepted the issue and refund the amount.
