S8 Whatsapp Backup restore problem

S8 will not download the backup for whatsapp when it is using mobile data even if the option of using mobile data is selected on whatsapp, whereas no issues faced while doing the same on s7 edge. all settings same.

Hi Ginni, I had no problems. My backup of whatsapp downloaded perfectly well to my S8. Did you log into your account correctly? Retry it.
