S23 battery keeps draining continuously

Hi, any one who use s23 pls let me know that, s23 battery keeps draining without any use, like location off wifi off, data off no applications running in background but still battery drains 1plus % in 1hr, 

I full charged my battery and kept my mobile un attended after few hrs drop of 4% and this continues if i use it or not battery drains. 

Is any one facing same issues? Or this is normal?

Ok. Check your signal strength. If its low, it will eat up all the battery

Ya signal strength is 20-30%

That explains the battery drain.. the phone has to work more to maintain the good signal. If possible shift to lower network type like 4G /3G or 2G.

I am on 4g/3g option itself, let me try changing to 2g and check battery drain, will update later on the same.

Ok. But on this if the signal strength is only 20-30%, it will put a strain on the battery

My issue has been resolved, contacted cc and they asked me to put mobile in safe mode for 30min and check the battery drain, later use in normal mode, after that i have seen reduced battery drain to large extend. Now its satisfactory.
