S21 fe is 5g ready as per airtel support page.
But when checked 5g compatibility, It shows handset does not support 5g

Go to settings - connections - mobile networks

and check what all options are selected as my Note 20 Ultra is also 5G compatible but it shows the same error as I have not selected 5G

Is the Airtel Sim card in 1st slot ?

It is in 2nd Sim slot. I don't think it matters. I tried placing the airtel Sim in slot 1 but that did not help too.
To summarise what all things I could do, I have done that. Samsung have to provide some OTA update to s22 ultra users too

Did you try disabling 1 Sim and keeping 1 Sim enable only
